Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
CANCELLATIONS
There may be cases where Tripsero is either unable to accept your order or cancels the order, due to reasons including without limitation, technical errors, unavailability of the item(s) ordered, or any other reason attributable to Tripsero and its partners. In such cases, Tripsero shall not charge a cancellation charge from you. If the order is cancelled after payment has been charged and you are eligible for a refund of the order value or any part thereof, the said amount will be reversed to you.
You acknowledge that (1) your cancellation, or attempted or purported cancellation of an order or (2) cancellation due to reasons not attributable to Tripsero, that is, in the event you provide incorrect particulars, contact number, delivery address etc., or that you were unresponsive, not reachable or unavailable for fulfillment of the services offered to you, shall amount to breach of your unconditional and irrevocable authorization in favour of Tripsero to place that order against the partner on your behalf (“Authorization Breach”). In the event you commit an Authorization Breach, you shall be liable to pay the liquidated damages of an amount equivalent to the order value. You hereby authorize Tripsero to deduct or collect the amount payable as liquidated damages through such means as Tripsero may determine in its discretion, including without limitation, by deducting such amount from any payment made towards your next Order.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have explicitly been marked as “cannot be returned”
